No, all our price listings exclude delivery charges. We offer flat shipping rates with FREE shipping on orders above Rs. 2500 and flat shipping rate of Rs. 100 for orders below Rs. 2500.

The order amount will be remitted back to your original payment source. It will take up to 10 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Once refund / replacement is approved, it might take up to 15 days to process a refund or replacement.
